Father Live Tweeting His Son's Attempts To Sneak A Girl Out Of The House

Most of us can relate to this story of a father live-tweeting his son's attempt to sneak a girl out of their house. As you literally read that headline your memory kicks into that time you may have successfully escaped the awkward situation of leaving your girlfriend or boyfriend's house running the risk of being caught.

I remember the lengths I went to myself to escape a similar situation in the past. I felt like Jason Bourne, it was 3am and all I wanted to do was leave. The second-floor window wasn't an option so I slowly tiptoed my way down the hallway attempting to avoid every creaking wood floor panel. Then, the dreaded parent's room at the end of the hallway with THE DOOR OPEN. I stood on one side of the door and listened for the parent's snores while timing them out. On the third set of snores, I spun across the doorway and paused as my footstep caught a creaking board. I stood there on the other side of the door, attempting to control my heart rate and breathing as the anxiety was just too much.

So I made my way down the stairs, got to the backdoor, opened it slowly, and I hear "Hello?" from the stairs. What did I do? I opened that door, jogged to my car (running would cause to much alarm) , did a Dukes of Hazzard slide across my car and took off.

The Story

This story, however, is much different. A father who goes by the name "Tricky-D" on Twitter noticed a pair of female white shoes near the front door one morning and after a brief investigation decided his stepson must have a girl upstairs.
