For the past few weeks, a raccoon has been "doing his business" in John Forsythe's pool. Not only is it disgusting, the clean-up is both expensive and time consuming and has meant the Forsythes have spent nearly half the summer on dry land, unable to use their pool.
A call to Animal Control yielded few answers.
They've borrowed a cage, baited the raccoon with mackerel and marshmallows, sprinkled red pepper flakes around the pool, even installed a motion light. Nothing has worked.
