With so much happening and changing around us... I get it! My anxiety is back in a big way.
When you feel your anxiety coming back up, try and remember these tricks.
- If you feel your mind going to "worst case scenario" often... Think small. Handle what is right in front of you.
- Know the vaccine is working, and helping.
- Don't pause your life. Baby steps forward lead to long strides.
