I can 100% say I have been leaning on my wine more than I should have been during these past 10 months. So, I decided to do a reset in January.
Now, I knew Dry January wasn't going to be easy... and it wasn't.
So, then I went with "dry weekday January."
....and then it became a "drink less January."
That's where I ended up.
Having a glass or two, instead of a bottle.
I wasn't drinking every night... and I felt a difference that I liked.
I was sleeping better, feeling less anxiety, and over all feeling good.
