I've had trouble sleeping for a long as I can remember. I've tried it all.
And for a while I took melatonin. Turns out I was using it wrong.
Melatonin is great for resetting your internal clock (like travelling over time zones, ) but not great for insomnia. Your body produces its own melatonin... If you constantly take the synthetic version, your body may stop producing your own.
