I'm a nervous flyer. I'm not sure when it started, but it is definitely there.
To say I have to medicate for flights would be accurate. I can make it through short flights, but anything over 4 hours and I'm no fun.
It's just an ongoing voice in my head that won't let me relax, work, sleep, or really do anything other than THINK ABOUT how nervous I am.
I hate it.
But sounds like this writer knows how I feel. She turned to some quick stretches and yoga moves to help her cope. I'll be trying this next week.
