For the first time in weeks, Florida's Governor spoke publicly about how the state plans on handling this latest surge in Covid-19 numbers. .

The Governor says the state will not shutdown or fine businesses who fail to comply with CDC guidelines.

The problem is, Orange County's Mayor Jerry Demmings says his team will be handing out costly fines for CDC violators.

Tickets, he believes will stand up in court.

Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivy is in some hot water this morning after hosting a huge Thanksgiving flag football game where none of the deputies or players wore masks.

Area leaders are calling the gathering a potential super-spreader event.
