A Florida judge has ruled in favor of Tiger Woods in a lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend.

Judge Elizabeth Metzger with the 19th Judicial Circuit on the Treasure Coast has ordered that the public dispute be resolved through private arbitration.

The ruling came after Erica Herman made allegations of sexual assault. Woods' attorney says the two signed a nondisclosure agreement at the start of their relationship, binding them to the arbitration.

Herman claimed that Woods pursued a sexual relationship with her while she was working at his restaurant in Jupiter, and forced her to sign the NDA or be fired. But the judge, in her ruling made late Wednesday, says Herman's claims are "vague."
