As the world re-opens and the entertainment industry slowly climbs back into the limelight, those in the cruise industry are waving their collective hands hoping to get noticed the the CDC.

While cruise ships have been sailing out of foreign ports for months now, U.S. ports are still empty.

So, Florida has now filed a lawsuit against the federal government.
