Bradley Cooper & Lady Gaga Could Reunite For 'A Star Is Born' Live Event

91st Annual Academy Awards - Show

Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga could be putting on a special Star Is Born live event!

Cooper, who directed and starred in the Oscar-winning musical drama, hinted at the concept during his guest spot on Thursday's episode (April 25) of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

After reminiscing about his duet with Gaga "Shallow" winning Best Song at the Grammys, host Ellen DeGeneres asked whether the 44-year-old might reunite with his pop star cast mate to promote the film's soundtrack one last time — perhaps with a tour.

Unfortunately, Cooper denied any ideas of Ally and Jack bringing their tunes on the road, but responded with another cool concept that's been on his mind: "What I thought would be a cool thing to do, maybe one night, would be like a live reading of the script and sing all the songs as we read the script, like at the Hollywood Bowl or something."

(YES. YES. YES!)

We'd happily pay top dollar to see an encore of Gaga and Cooper on-stage again, especially after the iconic performance they put on at the 2019 Academy Awards a few months ago — which we're still replaying to this day, TBH.

Despite how amazed audiences were by his performance, however, Cooper remembers the experience as being pretty nerve-racking.

"I actually wasn't nervous, because I worked so hard, and Lady Gaga is so supportive," he recalled. "But it was terrifying."

"Because I'm not a singer and I didn't sing before this movie, so it was really crazy," Cooper continued. "But it just shows you that if you work really hard, and you're with supportive people, you can do things that you never dreamed possible."
