Head for the Cure is hosting the 2nd Annual Head for the Cure 5K- Orlando on February 9th at Harbor Park-Lake Baldwin. Our mission is to not only raise awareness and funds for brain cancer research, but hope as well for the patients, survivors, caregivers, and anyone touched by this disease. As Angela said, this cancer does not discriminate and that is why we are determined to defeat brain cancer step by step! We work with a local and national beneficiary for each event so they can do more with research and programs. Local funds from the run/walk will go to Orlando Health- UF Health Cancer Center and nationally, they will go towards the Brain Tumor Trials Collaborative.
