- Have a night time routine.
- Set the tone. Dark, cool space... and no electronics.
- Write it down. If something is on your mind, write it down so you can put your mind to rest.
- Use the 4-7-8 method to calm your breathing. Breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds.
