With so much happening and changing around us... I get it! My anxiety is back in a big way.

When you feel your anxiety coming back up, try and remember these tricks.

  1. If you feel your mind going to "worst case scenario" often... Think small. Handle what is right in front of you.
  2. Know the vaccine is working, and helping.
  3. Don't pause your life. Baby steps forward lead to long strides.
